The position involves working within a team of Business Analysts and assigned to multiple projects to produce quality deliverables across the data management portfolio.  The role will focus on implementing business analysis best practice / standards, understanding business problems / opportunities, delivery of IT analysis artifacts, performing functional analysis on data, systems and interfaces, supporting data migration initiatives etc.

 

Key activities include:

  • Performing business and process analysis
  • Functional specs documentation
  • Direct and manage requirments gathering, gap analysis & documentation
  • Definescope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaborarion with senior management and internal stakeholders
  • Develop full-scale analysis documents & allied project documentation
  • Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans

Experience Required:

  • Investment Banking experience
  • Customer Reference Data –Entity, account data covering SSI’s and counterparty data.
  • Experience & understanding of static data pertaining to accounts / standard settlement (SSI)
  • Knowledge and expertise in SDLC lifecycle and industry standards for technology development.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and associated techniques such as Scrum, Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development and Specification by Example
  • Expert in use case modelling

IT Projects Coordinator

Core responsibilities include:

  • supporting a variety of projects & systems introductions into the Dublin office
  • supporting the business during the introduction of new IT systems
  • supporting the users of these new IT systems
  • general internal project stakeholder support
  • database management

 

You will have 3-5 years relevent experience in IT Project Coordination, Project Planning & Project Support.
